Shelf Gala 2013
Shelf Gala was held on 6th July. All thoughts about what the weather would be like earlier in the year were unfounded. The weather was wonderful on the gala day and lasted for a fortnight after. We could have had Shelf Gala that lasted for 2 weeks and still not had any mud and stuck vehicles though I don’t think the committee could have lasted that long.

All the preparations went fine, we had a new layout for the stalls which seemed to work better. One change to the gala this year was the procession. Due to Interface car park being no longer available we started the procession from Bethel Chapel car park and although shorter it enabled us to still include a big part of Shelf Gala and was a success.

A big thank you once again to our sponsors Corel Windows, Interface, Blackshaw Holdings and Robinsons Farm Shop. Another big thank you to all the advertisers in our programme who support us year after year.
